How to use our Click & Collect service…

Step 1 - Find:

Choose your vehicle

Under the description of your chosen vehicle, you’ll get the option to complete a finance check (which won’t impact on your credit) and you can take a look at the finance packages available*.

*Finance packages are provided by a third party, DVS Commercials Ltd is a credit broker, not a lender.

Step 2 - Reserve:

Using our Click & Collect feature, you can reserve a vehicle for just £99 (refundable deposit).

Step 3 - Complete:

Once you’ve reserved your vehicle, we’ll ring you to discuss the sale. If you’re local, you can pop in and see the vehicle, however, if viewing in person isn’t an option, we can arrange to film a walk-around of the vehicle, giving you a complete 360 view of the exterior and we’ll film the interior too!

If you have a vehicle you would like to part exchange, just pick up the phone and talk to us on 01664 563275 and we can agree on a price.

Step 4 - Collect:

Once the sale is finalised, we always aim to have your vehicle ready for collection within seven days.

We’ll arrange a convenient time for you to come and complete all the sale paperwork. If you are unable to collect, we can arrange to deliver the vehicle to your home or business address.

At any point during Steps 1-4, you can get in touch. We know our vehicles (obviously) and we love chatting to our customers – so please do pick up the phone and let us help.
